Standard delivery time

• Most regular items are kept in stock in the workshop and can be embroidered rapidly.  These items would be prepared in 3 to 5 days.

• Items that are made to order on site, require 1 to 2 weeks to be made, depending on their complexity.

• Other items, either less frequently ordered or more costly, are bought to order.  If this is the case, they can take a week to be delivered to the workshop and your order would be ready in 2 to 3 weeks.

• Delivery is done via the Post Office.  You can generally expect 2 to 3 days for deliveries within France, and up to a week for deliveries outside France.

• If you have an urgent order, please indicate the date at which you need your order by.  We will be able to give you more information on expected delivery time and, if need be, reduce it by using an express delivery option.
