Below, you will find a step-by-step help list to ordering a personalised item.

1. First, select the product you would like embroidered:  How? >>>

2. Choose your embroidery:

   Choosing a design >>>

   Choosing a text >>>

   And, of course, you can choose to have both text and design embroidered on your item

3. Select quantity

4. If there anything else that you wish to specify, you can do so in the "Other Comments" text box

5. Note if the "Letter Delivery Option" is applicable to this product -  This will be indicated clearly in red above the "Add to Cart" box

6. Add to your basket

7. Continue shopping, or Check out >>>
   

If you wish to add a special Gift Wrap (see-through, basket, tray etc) to an article or a group of articles, you need to add this separately as an extra item.  To do so, click on "Gift Wrapping" in the "Ordering" menu on the left hand side and you will be guided through.

If at any moment during this process you have a question, or would like something specific that you cannot find, just click on the "Contact" button in the top bar.  You will then be directed to a page where you can write in your question or request.  This will get to Dominique directly as an Email that she will answer as quickly as possible.
